Sam C23 August 2022My venetian blind arm that opens and closes the blind disintegrated so I visited the store around opening time on Monday, I met the owner Ray and explained the problem, he gave me some parts to take home and try, they weren't suitable so I went back to the store, Ray said he'll try to come out to my place in onerahi when time permitted, late in the afternoon Ray phoned to say he would come out, he looked at the blind and took it down , to repair back at the shop and would phone when it was ready to fit, Tuesday after work he dropped in to fit the blind, I was very pleased with the repair and customer service was first class, very professional, I would highly recommend frazerhurst for all your household blinds etc, their store is well worth a visit and theirs no harm in asking about problems with your blinds because their maybe a solution with a great outcome, thank you so much
